Visited for their buy 1 free 1 promotion. Fast service during peak hour, the taste is not heavy, chicken is tender. Overall is good.

Salted egg chicken a let down. Very salty chicken skin. Mushroom chicken soup a wierd combination with chuncky pieces of chicken. With an asian twist of aromatic rice!!!The only saving grace is their original vanila muffin.

Muffin served cold, and my macaroni and cheese was just almost like cold. I ordered dark meat and it is dry. Food is bad. There was a queue to make payment too, like 4-5 person ahead of me making payment via one cashier. I won't go back again.

The service is so bad. We got two menu wrongly delivered. And we didnt got two muffins(unfortunately we realized it too late, if not we already ask for it).It is so dissapointing.

Bad service. Came at 6pm bit the waiter said we cannot dine in because we do not make a reservation. There are 50% of free seat inside and the buka puasa is around 7.30pm.Poor management and this restaurant is obviously racist.Kecewa dengan servis di Kenny Rogers Roasters NU Sentral, tak ada dine in jika tak buat tempahan? Harap2 store manager boleh check servis di situ.

The worst Kenny Rogers outlet that I had ever patronize. I ordered muffins for take away. Even though the muffins were long ready, nobody bothers to pack them. I even personally inform the cashier that my takeaway is ready but she just don't seems to bother and she just tell me to wait. I waited for more than 30 minutes before my muffins were packed and handed over to me. That was also after countless reminders from me. Disappointed with the bad attitudes of the staff.

Had to wait more than 45 minutes for our meal. Service is very slow and the tables and chairs weren't cleaned properly after the previous customers. There were chicken bones under the table and crumbs all over the benches. The benches are very shaky and you can feel the backrest shake as the person behind moves. Soup is served cold.

Food wise is ok. But the service is TERRIBLE!!! Despite checking customer's food/inquiry, the staff is checking guitar's tune. It took them freaking 40 minutes to deliver a hot tea latte!!! With the excuse 'we have some issue with the system'. At least offer some coutesy of plain water instead of checking what hasn't been served for 5 times. Don't come to this branch.

small portion that doesn't value for money. I have eaten KRR chicken more than 10 years, the quality of food and it's authentic roasted chicken taste has lost. KRR need to improve if they wanted to stay relevant. two of their branches at mid valley and armcorp mall already close.

Poor services, food came late. Ice water take around 20minutes? Not even during peak hours 2.30pm. The food not tasty & presentable like a normal KRR branch. Aircond problem & not comfortable to enjoy your food here.

It's the worst K. R outlet I have ever come across. The food was delivered after 30 minutes, that too after we questioned them. Those who came after us almost finished half way. Food came... Wrong item. I asked for chocolate muffin, she told don't have.. But all other tables for later orders... Chocolate muffin is served 🤔🤔🤔Drink came after 45 mints 🙄. End up I paid Rm137.00 for worst service. But in this 1 hour what I noticed was.... (no heart feelings please) they were giving high privileges for Malays. Only then others are served, even though how early others are 😕. Never will I come to this outlet again. Subang Parade outlet is really far more better than other outlets.

Very bad. 8:30pm want to order take away, staff like don't want to take order already. This restaurant better closed at 8pm.
